Hone was started because I genuinely love what I do.

The process of problem solving and building products is rewarding, energizing, always confronts me with new challenges, and enables me to contribute to a range of interesting work.

Throughout my career I've been a problem solver, I followed an unconventional path, often learning the hard way, and through hard work.

My process is rooted in that real-world experience. In smart user-centered product design, a heavy emphasis on creative problem solving through heuristic process and experimentation, detailed and practiced research methodology, and data-driven decision making.

I’ve excelled at addressing product and organizational challenges to drive positive outcomes — specifically in delivering innovative 0-1, end-to-end solutions in the face of highly complex, regulatory, and process heavy industries. I've led teams, mentored, collaborated with leaders, and worked hard to understand customers and users better than they know themselves.
